I built the end-to-end systems that run Atomic Projects' back office: subcontractor management, tender and RFQ tracking, variation management, and invoice & finance flows connected to Xero. Every process that used to live in someone's inbox or spreadsheet now runs automatically.
10 hours of manual admin per week, down to 1. The same team now handles 10× the project volume without adding headcount.
SGP had grown their automation stack organically — 80+ standalone Zapier flows, each its own island. One API change rippled across dozens of flows, each needing a manual fix. Maintaining it was getting slower as the business grew faster.
I redesigned the architecture around reusable Sub-Zap modules. Core actions became shared building blocks. One change now updates everything at once. System changes that used to take days now take under an hour.
I own the logic that transforms data from multiple complex retail platforms — each with their own schema, cadence, and quirks — into one centralized database. That single source of truth enables AI-powered insights and reporting for regional managers and enterprise clients making real stocking, pricing, and distribution decisions.
Deployed across 6 SEA markets for Nestlé, Mars Wrigley, DKSH, and MWC. I'm not the vendor — I'm embedded in the core team, making sure the data architecture holds at scale.
A multi-brand eCommerce client was drowning in volume. Hours spent daily reading and tagging emails across multiple stores. Critical complaints were getting buried in noise.
I built an AI triage agent on n8n: every email scored for urgency and sentiment, auto-tagged in Notion, instant Slack alert for anything urgent or negative. Manual filtering: gone entirely.
